Sounds into Visuals
In this experimental project, I explored the intersection of sound and visual form. Titled "Sounds into Visuals," the concept originated from field recordings I collected around the University of the Arts London (LCF campus) — with a particular focus on the metallic brush sound that inspired the entire direction of the work.

Transformings sounds around us
Using this audio stimulus as the core, I translated the tonal texture and rhythm into abstract visual compositions, culminating in a printed photobook. Layered typography, tactile notes, and blurred imagery reflect the fragmented, repetitive, and industrial nature of the brush sound. The design invites viewers to experience sound not only through listening but through visual and emotional interpretation. This project blurs boundaries between disciplines, encouraging a sensory dialogue between audio, materiality, and visual storytelling.
